Medical Receptionist (Full-Time)

HHHRC is a multi-specialty clinic seeking a friendly, motivated and hardworking individual to join our diverse team.  Ideal candidates for the medical receptionist position will have front desk medical experience, ability to multi-task, and the ability to work well in a team-based setting.

Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

The Medical Assistant will provide a variety of medical and clinical support functions in an outpatient clinical setting, such as; providing initial patient triage, registration, administrative services, assist with direct patient care, and perform specialized medical procedures of a routine nature as determined by established clinical protocol, policies, and procedures.  The Medical Assistant will work directly with healthcare practice staff to collect test samples, maintain patient records, explain common medical procedures to patients, and assist in basic examinations.

Kua'ana Peer Navigator (Part-Time)

The Peer Navigator builds working relationships, assists with problem solving, directs clients to resources, and manages information. Building effective relationships is the foundation of effective peer navigation. To improve coordination of client care and reduce barriers, the Peer Navigator must work with different groups of people: clients, healthcare teams and resource providers.

Community Health Outreach Worker (Part-Time)

The Community Health Outreach Worker will provide a comprehensive system of services directly and through referral, targeting people who use substances, their partners/family, and community members at high risk. The Outreach Worker is expected to perform the highest quality and appropriate, participant-centered HIV, viral hepatitis, and overdose prevention interventions and services. The Outreach Worker is expected to maintain a spirit of teamwork, and courtesy in all contacts and encounters. As needed, the Outreach Worker will assist with other tasks as assigned to meet the needs of the organization. Outreach Workers must be open, honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized. Being able to work autonomously is a must.

Accounts Payable Associate (Full-Time)
The Accounts Payable is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the accounting system of the organization in coordination with another Full-time Staff Accountant and Finance Manager. 

  • Maintain our payable information in a precise and reliable manner

  • Maintain current accounts and assist in invoicing functions

  • Analyze expense reports to assign payments to the proper cost centers, work with vendors to resolve past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements with vendors

Housing Outreach Worker (Full-Time)

  • Engage participants where they are to establish a working relationship and offer services

  • Conduct intake and assist in assessment, counseling, and referrals for health and other social services

  • Provide interim case management services for each program participant

  • Cross-train in community health outreach and provide back-up coverage for other outreach staff as needed

HHHRC's Raymond Alejo Receives Suzanne Richmond-Crum Award on World AIDS Day

Raymond, registered nurse case manager at HHHRC, was recognized for his 19 years of work in Hawaiʻi advocating for and serving people living with HIV. Every year, the Suzanne Richmond-Crum Award is given to a community member who has made outstanding contributions in the provision of HIV/AIDS services.
