40 Years of Saving Lives
From its humble beginnings as Life Foundation, our organization has evolved into the Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC), expanding its scope of services and outreach to support the diverse needs of our community. Over the past four decades, we have relentlessly championed the cause of improving public health, promoting harm reduction, and providing crucial support to those impacted by HIV/AIDS and other related health issues.
We are proud to share that HHHRC:

Serves as the primary service provider for those experiencing houselessness for urban Honolulu, upper Windward Coast, and the North Shore of O'ahu.

Case manages over 700 people on the island of O'ahu living with HIV.

Administers over 1,000 HIV tests to the general public each year.

Provides access to clean syringes, harm reduction supplies, and naloxone for the entire state of Hawai'i.
Through your support, we will continue to provide vital life-saving health and social services to some of the most vulnerable populations in our state.
