About:  In 2018, Life Foundation and The CHOW Project merged together to become the Hawai‘i Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC), a non-profit public health organization. We provide harm reduction focused services to marginalized populations in Hawai'i, including people living with, or at-risk for HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, the transgender and LGBQ community, and those affected by substance use and homelessness. We strive to empower the diverse communities we serve through outreach, support, and education.
