The Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction (HHHRC)'s  Housing Outreach Program works to address the homelessness that is often intertwined with substance use among our participants. HHHRC provides housing linkage services for those experiencing houselessness in Honolulu and along the Windward coast from Kahuku to Kahalu'u.  

 

As we build rapport and trust with participants, we are able to connect them to resources for shelter, housing, mental health case management, substance use treatment, and more.  Our housing outreach work is closely connected with our LEAD Program.
