Kauaʻi Comes Together for Behavioral Health
More than 60 community members joined H3RC, NAMI, and the County of Kauaʻi for the Kauaʻi Behavioral Health Resource Fair, an afternoon dedicated to connecting people with services, support, and one another.
The fair brought together more than 25 organizations and service providers from across the island, giving attendees an opportunity to explore a wide range of behavioral health and community resources all in one place. Participants could meet providers face-to-face, ask questions, learn about available programs, and make connections for themselves, their families, or others they support.
For H3RC, the event was also an important part of our growing presence on Kauaʻi. Since expanding services to the island earlier this year, we have been working to build relationships with local providers and community partners while helping make health and supportive services easier to access.
