The Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center serves communities in Hawai’i by reducing the harm and fighting the stigma associated with HIV, hepatitis, homelessness, substance use, mental illness, and poverty. We focus on those who are most affected by these issues, including people living with and/or affected by HIV, hepatitis, substance use, as well as the transgender, LGBQ, and Native Hawaiian communities.
